I used the same format(Horizontal) as Demo One so that the final study can be compared to Demos One & Three |
Tone canvas with a grayed mix of viridian and Terra Rosa(80% Viridian in order to keep green tint to gray mixture). |
 Paint mixture of Terra Rosa and Venetian Red in all dark areas of the composition. Use towel, fingers or Q-tip to clean paint from lighter areas and maintain compositional structure. |
Continue painting red mixture and wiping away from lighter areas until tonal values appear correct.

Paint in the remainder canvas adding a little black to the red mixture to further establish the correct values. Premix color on palette to mimic the values already established. |
